Wild Herbal Day Workshop

Join us to get fully immersed in the wonderful world of wild weeds and mushrooms!

Learn practical skills to harness plant medicine and their culinary uses. This skill has been long forgotten by many but all of

our ancestors, no matter where you came from, have used herbs and mushrooms as medicine before pharmaceuticals.

We will go on a walk through the fields and forests to identify and forage wild plants. The terrain is uneven with a few inclines and creek crossings.

Please let us know if you have any food sensitivities and we will do our best to accommodate. Most foods will be vegan or vegetarian.

Cost is $100 per person

Learning these important wild skills will prepare you for many different scenarios but knowing where your food and medicine come from

will bring you peace of mind to care for yourself and your family.

What to Bring - notebook, small backpack, basket, knife and/or little clippers/scissors, hat, water, good walking shoes, insect repellent and an 8 ounce jar/jelly jar with lid. If you do not have one, I will have extras.
