Breadmaking can be easy!
How about being able to make a batch of dough to last you all week in a few easy steps! I use the artisan bread in 5 minutes a day method and you can learn this easy method in one workshop. This is a yeast bread but long fermentation helps break down the gluten.
We will go over different grains/flours to use and everyone will have an opportunity to grind wheat.
All students will make their own dough to take home and we will bake a couple loaves to eat during class.
We will also learn about the soft Sourdough loaf breads - how to feed the starters and make the dough to baking the bread. Each person will go home with a starter.
3-4 hour workshop – cost $65 per person. Only 8 people per class and will be confirmed through the ticket link.
