Wild Herbal - Spring Greens, Mushrooms and Herbs

Spring is an amazing time of the year for everything blooming, fruiting and growing!

Join us in studying the abundant spring greens and how they can be used in the body to help with detox, cleaning out the liver, assisting the gallbladder and nourishing the entire body including the stomach. We will touch on herbs for stress because it complements all of the above.

Each day we will hike the property to identify and search out the plethora of springtime. You will prepare remedies and recipes to take home.
