About the event
This is the Foundation Class of Herbalism! Learn how to best combine herbs based on their action for the most effective tea remedies.
You will create a notebook full of common herbs, their actions and how to create different tea blends and medicinal syrups.
Each day will be from 9:00am - 3:00pm with an hour break for lunch. I will provide some drinks and snacks plus we will be tasting many different teas and make syrups and cordials. You will go home with several creations of your own and a new found knowledge or renewed knowledge of the foundations of herbalism!
Foraging walk both days!
At a later date, we will build on this class with tinctures for your medicine cabinet.
