Let's explore the forest and the fields for some winter edibles and medicinals!
Even in the winter, there is always SOMETHING growing that we can either eat or make medicine from.
Maybe we will even find mushrooms - oysters, enoki and lion's mane are out at this time!
Walk will be approximately 2 miles long. Bring a small backpack, basket and knife. Don't forget water
and maybe a light snack to eat on the trail. I will provide a wild snack at the end of the walk.
LOCATION WHITE'S MILL PARK WINDER GA - Walton/Barrow county area.
There is NO BATHROOM at this park, fyi. :)
